PLACING AN ORDER
Please email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once an order is entered it is not possible to change or add to it. Please check your order carefully before completing. A completed New Vendor Packet for new accounts must be approved prior to shipment of first order.
$225 minimum for opening orders. $150 minimum for reorders.
Most orders ship within three business days. During busy periods kindly allow up to one week for your order to be processed prior to shipment.
Vital Body Therapeutics will be closed on all federal holidays, Christmas Eve, and the Friday after Thanksgiving. You can submit an order on these days, but they will not be processed until the following business day.
A valid credit card number is required to be placed on file, and will be charged at the time that your order ships. Net 15 terms are available (opening order excluded) upon request and approved credit with payment remittance by check. Should your payment be more than 30 days past due, your card on file will be charged for the balance owed plus an additional 2% late payment fee.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All shipping rates are calculated based on shipping weight, and will be added to your invoice prior to shipment. In-store pick-up at our Santa Cruz store may be requested at the time of order.
RETURNS & CREDITS
We not only guarantee the quality of our products, but we also guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, be assured that, with your assistance, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund special order items or shipping charges. To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the invoice number. To receive credit, you must call or email Customer Service within 14 days of the ship date. No credit or returns are allowed after 14 days.
We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your shipment before signing. If any exterior damage is visible, we recommend you not accept the shipment; and, if there is interior damage, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
Resale of Vital Body products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram, or other similar platforms is not permitted.
