I have rheumatoid arthritis, and restless leg syndrome, and I use this soak several nights a week in a hot bath. It helps my joints and my aches & pains so much. My daughter recently bought a new house and was moving and I gave her a bag, and she said it made all the difference for her, as well. I have the large 8 lb. bag on a subscription, and I love it. It smells great, as well as being so therapeutic!
