Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding federal holidays) and are then shipped according to your selected shipping option. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee the arrival time of your order due to carrier delays that are beyond our control.

Damages/Lost Packages

Considering the recent surge in lost and stolen packages, we want to guide you through potential scenarios and our approach to managing them:

  • Package Marked Delivered, but Not Received: If your package tracking indicates delivery, yet you haven't received it, we recommend waiting 1-2 business days as carriers may pre-scan items. Additionally, inquire locally with neighbors or household members. Should it still not be located, promptly contact the carrier for assistance. As the recipient, you typically receive quicker responses than we do, and it may be necessary to file a claim if they cannot locate it.
  • Tracking Information Unavailable: Allow one business day after receiving the shipping notification to confirm your delivery date. If there's no update after this period, reach out to our support team for assistance in determining your order status.
  • Damaged Item: Contact our support team within 3 business days and we will promptly send you a replacement. We may ask for photos of the item, which helps us improve our packing procedures.
  • Filing a Carrier Claim: Begin the claim process by submitting an online request. Each carrier has a different process and claim eligibility waiting period. Be sure to have your proof of purchase ready for the process. Claim links: USPS / UPS.

We strive to ship all orders in a timely manner and assist our customers in navigating shipping challenges. However, as a small company, we cannot assume liability for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered. We strongly encourage you to file a claim if your package is lost.


It is the customer’s responsibility to enter a correct and valid delivery address at checkout. If your item is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to obtain a valid address. Shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

  • If an updated address is provided, we will process a credit card payment over the phone for the shipping cost and will re-send the package.
  • If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will refund the order less the original shipping cost and a 20% re-stocking fee.

Subscription Orders

All subscription orders are processed on the delivery schedule that was requested on the original order. Reminder emails are sent 5 days before your order is to be processed. If you need to make any changes, including updates to your shipping or billing information, order frequency, or cancellation, please log into your account to make the updates before the upcoming billing date. Once the order is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please view our Return Policy below if you would like to return your subscription order.  If you require further assistance with your subscription, please contact customer service prior to your scheduled order date.  

Order Cancellations

We want our customers to get their orders as quickly as possible, so we begin processing immediately. For this reason, no changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it is submitted. This includes cancelling, changing the address or shipping method, adding promo codes, or adding/removing items. We recommend that you carefully review your item details and shipping information before finalizing your order.


We understand and appreciate that when you purchase our products, you are making an investment, and we want you to be satisfied. For this reason,
we have created what we hope is a return policy that strikes the right balance between flexible and sensible.

  • New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund. Contact customer service at to initiate your return. Please include your name, order number, items you plan to return, and reason for the return. We will email you a return shipping label. Please pack the items carefully to ensure they are not damaged in
    transit. Once we receive and inspect the items and they are determined to be in their original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (less shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 days.
  • Used, opened items are not eligible for a refund. These are eligible for a store credit in the amount of your original purchase price that can be used for future purchases. Requests for store credits must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Damaged or incorrect items will gladly be replaced. Please notify customer service within 7 days of delivery, and we will process the replacement immediately and cover the associated shipping costs.
