I have found both the balm and the cream to be beneficial to my joints... I have several knee issues am still very active, even though I am in pain constantly. So in order to run, play tennis and exercise, I use both the cream and balm before activities to help reduce the pain in my knee joints. My wife first bought me the cream and balm about 6 months ago and I was impressed with the reduction in pain that ordered my own new supply recently. Thus far, I am having similar results to the past few months with pain reduction in the joints.
