SHIPPING TIME

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, and are then shipped according to your selected shipping option. Please note that all major parcel carriers are experiencing significant delays and are no longer guaranteeing delivery times. Therefore, we also cannot guarantee the arrival time of your order.  

All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible, but a response is guaranteed within 1-2 business days. 

DAMAGES/LOST PACKAGES

There has been a significant rise in lost and stolen packages, and we strongly recommend that you purchase Route Package Protection at checkout. Vital Body Therapeutics will not be liable for any products lost during shipping, whether due to carrier negligence or to incorrect address entry by customer at checkout. Please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim for lost packages. If you have purchased Route Package Protectionyou can report an issue through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.comReview their policies here.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because your order is processed as quickly as possible, there is a 15 minute window for order cancellation during our normal business hours. Please call Customer Service at (831) 713-5813 immediately if you have placed an order in error. If the cancellation request occurs more than 15 minutes after the order is placed, or outside of our normal business hours, the order will be delivered, and must be processed as a return upon delivery.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. Please email your request to support@vitalbodytherapeutics.com.
