Yes. We do allow customers to pick up their orders. You will need to email us once you have placed the order so we can notate the order. Please include your name, order number and the best contact number to reach you at.

Currently no. But we expect this to change in the future as CBD regulations begin to loosen worldwide.

Lost - stuck in transit

Domestic: The issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update. International: The issue must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update. 

Stolen - marked as delivered

The issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered. Stolen orders over $100 USD require a police report. 

Damaged

The issue must be filed with photos of damaged package and item, no later than 15 days from when order was marked delivered.

You can report an issue with Route Package Protection through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com

Not only can you report an issue with Route by going to claims.route.com, but you can also check the status of your issue there. Simply enter the email address you used at checkout and your order number and Route will provide you an update on the status of your reported issue.

Please email us within 14 days of your order ship date. Include your name and order number, and we will get the correct item shipped to you right away!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to refund you according to our refund policy. All we ask if that you donate the product(s) to someone who can benefit from it/them.

Placing Orders FAQs

Promo code must be entered on the checkout screen, and cannot be combined with other discounts, including subscription orders.

You should receive a unique log in to your Account in your order confirmation email. Once you login to your account (use the email you used to make your first subscription purchase), you can make changes to your delivery schedule, payment information, and shipping address.

On the product page, change the number of items you want in the 'Quantity' box, then click either Add To Cart or Buy It Now (which begins the checkout process). You can change the quantity again in your cart, but not once you've begun the checkout process. If that is the case, simply go back to your cart and change the quantity from there.

Step 1: Visit our website and click on the SHOP CBD tab.

Step 2: Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and select “Add To Cart”.
Please note that if you select “Buy Now” you will not be able to buy multiple items.
Also, if you are purchasing an item on subscription you will need to select “Subscribe & Save” rather than “One-Time Purchase”. You will also need to select the shipping frequency (every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. The default is 2 weeks.).
And finally, we cannot combine discounts on our ordering platform so if you signed up for a subscription, you will be unable to apply any other discount codes or promotions to your order.

Step 3: Once you have added all of the items you wish to purchase to your cart, select “Check Out”. Review your cart and if it looks correct then select “Check Out” again.

Step 4: Enter your email address (required for all orders), name, shipping address, and phone number. Then select “Continue To Shipping”.

Step 5: Select your shipping method and click “Continue to Payment”.

Yes. They are available in for purchase on our Gift Card page in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100 and will be delivered to the recipient via email.

Product FAQs

Broad-spectrum hemp extract. This means that the extract contains all cannabinoids, terpenes, and other beneficial plant compounds except THC.

We made this choice because many of our customers have concerns about the presence of any THC in the product. The legal distinction between hemp and marijuana is that hemp contains less than .3% THC. Therefore, if a product is made using full-spectrum hemp extract, it will contain trace amounts of THC.

All of our products are batch tested to confirm they have zero THC.

No. All of our products are made using organic, broad-spectrum hemp extract containing zero THC. Our supplier provides a C.O.A. or Certificate of Analysis for every batch of hemp extract so we can be sure it is THC-free. We also have all of our products tested at SC Labs in Santa Cruz and post our C.O.As on our website for full transparency.

No. Drug tests are typically to test for the presence of THC, and our products are 100% THC-free. Each batch is tested by a 3rd-party independent lab and has a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming the results. You can view the COA on every product page.

All of our pain-relieving herbs and many of the oils are certified organic. We also use organically-grown hemp-derived CBD in all of our products. We post all of our ingredient decks on our website beneath each product description for your convenience.

The majority of our products are made with 100% all-natural ingredients. The only exception is our creams, which are water-based and therefore require some level of preservation to prevent microbial and fungal growth. We select the safest and most effective preservative possible, which is below 1% in our creams.

We never use additives, fillers, synthetic fragrances, or dyes. If you have concerns over drug interactions, we recommend that you consult with your physician prior to use as we are not qualified to give medical direction or advice.

All of our products are vegan with the exception of our Extra Strength CBD Sport Balm which contain beeswax.

The approximate shelf life for our products is as follows:
9 months: CBD Massage Cream and Extra Strength CBD Massage Cream
14 months: Restore: CBD + Turmeric Tincture and Extra Strength CBD Sport Balm
18 months: CBD Cream, Extra Strength CBD Cream, Luminous: CBD Facial Oil, Radiance: CBD Body Oil and CBD Mineral Bath Soak

The only difference between our 200 mg and 800 mg cream is the amount of CBD in each container. They are both effective for muscle, joint and arthritis pain relief. Our 800 mg extra strength cream allows for more relief in areas with extreme pain and discomfort.

Sometimes one application will provide relief and other times you may require multiple applications. It's really up to you! CBD is non-addictive, non-psychoactive (THC free) and non-toxic so there really is no limit to the amount you apply.

The suggested serving size for our tincture is one dropperful (40 mg), however, we recommend starting with half a dropperful (20 mg) to see how it affects you. CBD tinctures may cause drowsiness in some individuals, so we also recommend testing out the dosage in the evening, if possible. 

Appropriate serving sizes for CBD varies greatly depending on individual factors, such as intended use, body weight, metabolism, and body chemistry. Consult with your healthcare professional regarding dosage and frequency, and if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any medical conditions, or are taking any over-the-counter or prescription medications. CBD has the potential to interact with medications. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct heat and sunlight and make sure the cap is securely fastened after each use to prolong shelf life.

Shake the bottle before use to ensure the ideal consistency. This product can be enjoyed sublingually (under the tongue) or added to your beverage of choice (water, tea, juice, etc.). Use the dropper provided which is marked for accurate dosage. One full dropper = 40 mg CBD. Yes. CBD is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can be beneficial for skin conditions such as sunburns. However, we always recommend that you consult with your physician when using a new product.

Yes. Our CBD Massage Cream (and all our other topical creams and oils) should help alleviate symptoms of eczema. Aloe vera, arnica, calendula, CBD, chamomile, dandelion, ginger root, grape seed oil and Vitamin E have all been shown to soothe the skin and reduce inflammation caused by eczema and other forms of dermatitis. However, we always recommend that you consult with your physician when using a new product.

We recommend consulting with your physician if you are pregnant or breastfeeding prior to using our products.

We would suggest the Extra Strength CBD Cream in either the 1.5 oz. (800 mg) or 3 oz. (1600 mg) size along with the Restore: CBD + Turmeric Tincture. The topical cream helps with localized areas of pain and inflammation and the tincture helps to reduce inflammation throughout the body as well as improve sleep quality which is when we do most of our healing. As always, we recommend consulting with your physician prior to using our products to ensure there are no contraindications with any medications you might be taking.

Yes. Our Luminous: CBD Facial Oil, Radiance: CBD Body Oil, CBD Mineral Bath Soak and Restore: CBD + Turmeric Tincture are all menthol-free.

Yes. Our Restore: CBD + Turmeric Tincture only contains fractionated coconut (MCT) Oil, organic broad spectrum hemp-derived CBD, organic turmeric and organic stevia. Although our tincture cannot be used topically to treat areas of pain and inflammation like our creams and oils, it helps to reduce pain and inflammation throughout the body as well as improve sleep quality which is when we do most of our healing.

Please note: Our CBD Cream, Extra Strength CBD Cream, CBD Sport Balm, Extra Strength CBD Sport Balm and Radiance: CBD Body Oil all contain orange essential oil and our Luminous: CBD Facial Oil and CBD Mineral Bath Soak contain bergamot oil.

All of our topicals are made using the same formulation of herbs and essential oils chosen for their therapeutic properties. There may be some slight differences in the scent of the products due to the other ingredients, however, the scent profile is very similar with each of our products.

We do not currently have an unscented line. The scent from our products, however, does comes entirely from all-natural plant essential oils, and never from synthetic fragrances.

Our products are made using all-natural ingredients, without the use of additives, fillers, or synthetic fragrances so should be safe for use on animals. However, we would advise that you use products specifically formulated for animals and keep your products for yourself.

Our retail CBD Cream was formulated for acute and localized pain and inflammation. Our massage cream was formulated for use by massage, spa and medical professionals for an all over body massage. In the 1.5 oz jar of CBD cream, you would be getting roughly 133 mg of CBD per ounce whereas with the massage cream you would be getting 50 mg CBD per ounce, so the retail CBD cream is much more potent for spot treatment.
