This company is also an EarthShare Oregon business member, a non-profit organization that essentially protects the planet, and has converted its business to using 100% renewable energy through the CarbonFund.
It is of no surprise that Mountain Rose Herbs was listed as one of the “Best Green Businesses to Work for in Oregon” in 2014 for their commitment to sustainability. It is the first Oregon business to receive the Zero Waste Facility Certification, meaning that 90% of its waste is diverted from the landfill and the environment.
